About the Artist

Hi, I’m the person behind Badly Drawn Milky.

& the proud owner of Milky himself.

Origin Story

Milky is real.

He’s my childhood dog — a chubby white cloud who snorts at everything and overloads everyone with his charm.

Fun fact: Milky was actually rescued on a rainy day by my family. I was six.

One day I animated his weird little noises, just for fun. People laughed. So I made another one. And another.

That was 2024. I never really stopped.

Now thousands of people wait for a badly drawn dog to show up on their timeline. Honestly? He would have loved that.

Artist Voice

I draw Milky the way I know him: round, imperfect, and slightly too loud.

Somewhere along the way, drawing him badly became the most honest thing I made.

Ever since I was six, my birthday wish has always been the same — for my dogs to stay with me forever. But no matter how much I wish for it, I know it’s impossible.

Fifteen years if you’re lucky. Twenty if you’re luckier. It will never feel like enough.

So I kept drawing him. Badly, on purpose — because that’s how I remember him: never quite still, never quite perfect.

Now he snorts and awoos, making people smile — even those who never got to meet the real him. And he’ll keep making people happy long after I’m gone.

That’s the real reason he exists. So my Milky never actually leaves.

The ‘Badly Drawn’ Philosophy

It’s called badly drawn on purpose. Perfect lines are boring anyway.

Imperfection is also a perfection.
